Competition Terms and Conditions

The Offer

Book onto, and attend, any of our Microsoft IT, Sage, Finance or Business Soft Skills courses during the month of January 2010 and you will automatically be entered into a prize draw for an iPod nano. The draw will be made on the 1st February 2010.

The Prize

• 8GB flash drive
• Holds up to 2,000 songs in 128-Kbps AAC format
• Holds up to 7,000 iPod-viewable photos
• Holds up to 8 hours of video
• 2-inch (diagonal) liquid crystal display with blue-white LED backlight
• 320-by-240-pixel resolution at 204 pixels per inch

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify to enter the competition you must be resident in the United Kingdom and be 18 years old or over. You must not be an employee, an agent or a director of Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd.
2. To enter the competition, applicants must book either themselves or someone else onto a course which runs between 1st January 2010 and the 28th February 2010 and accept these terms and conditions.
3. The prize is not transferable and cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.
4. The make and model of the prize may be subject to change. Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value at any time.
5. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or the results of any competition, the decision of Ecom learning Solutions Ltd shall be final.
6. Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
7. Entry into the competition is subject to attending the course booked.
8. The winner will be selected at random from those entries received before the closing date.
9. Only the winning applicant will be contacted by Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd. The decision of Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner's name may be published on the Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd website after the closing date of the competition.
11. The winner may be requested to make themselves available for promotion or publicity of Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd and shall make themselves reasonably available for such purposes.
12. Ecom Learning Solutions Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this competition at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within the rules on the site.
