Front line and support staff at Circle IT Solutions have successfully embarked on a Customer Service Skills development programme.
Following positive feedback from enlisting employees on finance courses with Ecom Learning Solutions at their Cardiff training centre, Circle IT Solutions asked Ecom to develop and deliver a Customer Service Skills course tailored to their specific needs.
Ecom worked closely with Circle IT Solutions' Operations Manager, Jennifer Griffiths, to create a bespoke Customer Service Skills training package to fulfil the company's requirements. The course was designed to provide staff with the confidence to project a positive image of the company to all customers via face-to-face contact as well as on the telephone and using email
Circle IT Solutions is Wales's largest IT support company supporting over 200 companies across the UK. Circle IT recognise that offering flexible support is a key attribute to a company.
The ‘Customer Service Skills’ training was run over three days at Circle IT Solutions' head office at Cardiff Gate Business Park at the end of March this year. Jennifer Griffiths said Ecom were their first choice because “they are flexible and could deliver a cost effective course in our offices.”
The intensive course consisted of a range of activities, discussions and interactive tasks to educate staff in an engaging and enjoyable manner. The course included the ideology of customer care, effective communication, creating an impact and dealing with difficult customers.
On completion of the course, Jennifer Griffiths said “Ecom are very flexible and efficient, the course was delivered at our premises the way we asked it to be. I had continuous input from the tutor who was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject.”
