Training Facilities & IT Room Hire in Cardiff
As a provider of both computer training and tutor led training courses, Ecom have professional training facilities that can equally serve your training needs. We have two IT rooms as well as classroom style training facilities. All our training room hire's come with free fax and photocopying services, flipchart or smartboard and of course refreshments. A fresh buffet lunch is optional. Laptop, projector, TV and video hire is available at an additional cost. Our centre also has plenty of free on-site parking.

IT Suites
Our IT training room hire allows you to upload any necessary software for the purposes of your training.
New for Autumn 2011:
Most of our PCs have now been upgraded to Dell Optiplex 390, running Windows 7 with Intel Core-i3 processors and 4GB RAM.
The minimum specification of our computers is:
- Microsoft Windows XP Professional
- Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and Office 2007 Professional
- 15" flat panel monitors
- Audio via speakers / headphones
- Intel Pentium 4 1.7GHz, 512MB RAM, CD-ROM, Floppy Drive, USB connectivity
- Up to date virus protection
- 100Mbps Network access to shared file storage
- Up to 6Mbps unrestricted Internet access
We also utilise specialised software on our training PCs to ensure your privacy and security by reverting PCs back to an initial clean state at the start of each training day. No personal website login details, files or settings persist.
However, if you hire our rooms with PCs over several days we can include your specific settings and software in the initial state, then remove them again when your training has finished.
